What is an IBR Boiler?
As per IBR Act, -1950 Boiler is a vessel having minimum water holding capacity of 25- ltrs in which the heat produced by combustion of fuel is transferred to feed water to generating steam under pressure and includes any mounting or other fitting attached to such vessel which is wholly and partially under pressure when steam shut off.
